Nora is an artist on a mission. Armed with a sewing machine, some knitting needles, and a few go-to dance moves, she teaches groups of kids how to express themselves through making and art. She lives in Millvale, PA, (just across the river from Pittsburgh) in a little green house with a little green kitchen with her partner, Drey, and her two cats. Her room/studio/life is a loosely organized conglomerate of shoeboxes labeled “fabric scraps” and “trim/pompoms”. Kids call her Ms. Nora, the cats call her slave.
